Goodlettsville, Tennessee is a city about twelve miles northeast of Nashville located in both Davidson and Sumner counties. Incorporated in 1958, Goodlettsville now has a population of around 17,000 people. The city was named in honor of A. G. Goodlett, pastor of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in the mid-1800s. 

Goodlettsville is home to several antique stores and small boutiques in addition to the Rivergate Mall. The indoor mall was the largest shopping mall in the state when it opened in 1971 and houses over 150 stores and eateries.
